When does the cohort start?We kick off Tuesday, Feb 3rd, 2026 and meet weekly through May 12, 2026 (14 weeks total, with a skip on March 31st).
What time are the sessions?
Every Tuesday at 1pm ET / 10am PT for 60 minutes.
What if I can't make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, the magic happens in the live sessions—especially #StudyHall—so we encourage you to prioritize attendance.
How much time will I need outside of sessions?
That depends entirely on your goal. In the first three weeks, we'll help you scope your goal realistically based on your actual available time. Most participants spend 2-5 hours per week on their goals.
What if I don't know what my goal is yet?
Perfect. Week 1 is specifically designed to help you get clear. Come with ideas and we'll help you refine them into actionable goals.
Is there a community component?
Yes! You'll have access to a private whatsapp where you can connect with cohort members, share wins, ask questions, and support each other throughout the journey.
Can I get support between sessions?
Absolutely. You'll have access to me via the community and email for questions and troubleshooting.
What if I've never done group coaching before?
Most participants haven't! The intimate cohort size (max 12) means it feels supportive, not overwhelming. You'll never be put on the spot or pressured to share more than you're comfortable with.
